• Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch, banquet & gala dinner.
• Members above the age of 70 years are entitled for complimentary registration.
• The Organising committee and the service provider of the website uses and protects any information that you give us when you use the conference website.
• We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected though all precautions are taken the COC do not take any liability for accidental hacking or breach of the website my malicious parties.

• Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at: registration@usicon2026.com
• 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st September 2025.
• 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st December 2025.
• No refund will be made for the requests sent after 31st December 2025.
• GST & bank charges/online charges will be non-refundable.
• Registration is not transferable.
• Refunds will be made one month after conference completion.
